We have been attempting to contact customers with unclaimed COVID travel credits for their Qantas flights booked with Webjet. If you are one of the customers who is yet to claim their Qantas COVID travel credit we're making it easier to use your credit by converting it to a Webjet eGift Card. 

You should have already received your Webjet eGift Card via the email address used to make your original booking.

  • Your Webjet eGift Card will be set up to have no expiry date and can be used at any time for future travel bookings with us, on more than just flight bookings. We hope this provides you with the flexibility to plan your next holiday whenever it’s most convenient for you.

How long do I have to use my Webjet eGift Card?

Your Webjet eGift Card does not expire, so you can use it whenever you’re ready to book your next trip with Webjet. However, when checking your balance, you may notice an expiry date displayed. This is a system requirement only and does not impact your ability to use your eGift Card whenever you are ready to book.
