Why is the status of my booking showing cancelled?

Please note that if your member profile details online show that your booking is cancelled, then either the airline (or hotel, car rental company) has not been able to process your credit card and your request has been automatically cancelled, or Webjet has cancelled due to an issue with the booking. However, if one of our staff has cancelled your booking then you should have either been advised by telephone or email.
