Depending on the type of email you are using and the personal spam filter settings in place, sometimes you will find that you are unable to click on links within the email even though you have internet access. The two main email clients this can happen to are Outlook & Hotmail. Please see below explanation that may assist you in being able to open the links.
Please check for a warning sign just below the senders email address. You will need to click on the Mark as safe" link. This will now allow the user to click on links in this email & all future emails from Webjet received in hotmail.
If you cannot see this link, there may be other browser/email client setting which are preventing you from clicking on the link, in this case, please manually cut and paste the URL into your browser.
Please check your browser for the following message: Click here to turn on links." When you click on the message you will see several options as follows-:
Turn on links (will enable you to click on links in this email only)
Add sender to safe senders list (you will be able to click on links in this and future Webjet emails)
If you still cannot see this link, there may be other browser/email client settings which are preventing you from clicking on the link, in this case, please manually cut and paste the URL into their browser.
