We do empathise and understand any frustration regarding these changes to your flight booking, however all airlines reserve the right to amend flight times and schedules, due to operational, technical and other considerations. Please understand that these changes are airline related and are totally beyond the control of Webjet.
The airline tries to modify the schedule based on the best operational efficiency and connectivity but unfortunately it may not work for every individual travel itinerary.
If the flights that you have booked for your forthcoming trip have been affected by airline schedule changes and you are not happy with the new services they have offered you, you can request alternate flights using the link in the email we have sent you.
Click on the 'Request alternate flights" button in the email
You can these advise us which option would work best for you by entering your selection in the box provided.
We'll then liaise with the airline on your behalf, and if the airline approves your request you'll receive your new itinerary.
