BAGGAGE

Hand-carry allowance

All passengers have 7kg hand-carry allowance and are allowed to bring one (1) piece of hand-carry baggage that fits in the overhead bin (within 56cm x 36cm x 23cm) and one (1) piece to store under the seat in front of them (within 20cm x 20cm x 35cm).

Some examples of a hand-carry item include the following:

  • Cabin-size trolley/luggage
  • Backpack or laptop/camera bag
  • Sling bag, handbag, shoulder bag or small purse
  • Items purchased inside the airport, including Duty Free Items (DFI), donuts, fruit boxes, etc.
  • Baby bag, medical-related items or food items not accepted for check-in 

The maximum for hand-carry bags is two (2) pieces, with a total weight of 7kg.

  • For every 20kg of prepaid baggage allowance, you are entitled to bring one (1) piece of checked baggage.
  • If you need to increase the weight of your baggage, you may upgrade by 4kg, 8kg, or up to 12kg. Please note that upgrading the weight does not change the number of pieces allowed.
  • If you need to increase the number of pieces of your checked baggage, you can have a maximum of three (3) pieces, with each piece having a base weight of 20kg.
  • If you need to bring larger or specialized items, consider getting CEB Special Baggage Add-on.

Any excess in piece, weight, and size are subject to corresponding airport fees, since it will require different handling procedures.

If you need to bring oversized items like balikbayan boxes, bicycles & sports equipment, musical instruments & religious items, surfboards, or firearms, ammunition and other weapons, CEB Special Baggage has you covered.

MEALS

CEB Meals are available for pre-order online up to 24 hours before your flight. You may order up to two (2) meals per flight. Light snacks and drinks are available for purchase from our Fun Cafe on board in all flights but are subject to stock availability. Cebu Pacific also offers Halal certified meals upon request.
 

Fleet

The airline currently operates a fleet of Airbus aircraft for international and domestic routes, and ATR aircraft for select domestic routes. Cebu Pacific also has one of the most modern and young aircraft fleets in the world, with continued planned updates until 2027. The airline has aircraft models such as the A320/neo, A321/neo/XLR, A330-300 and A330-900. Although Cebu Pacific is often changing and replacing aircraft within its fleet, it will have between 70-90 by 2027.
