Getting around

Toronto is easy to navigate due to the city’s strong grid street layout. Walking is a great way to get around and can be faster than driving through the city traffic. Taxis are also available and easy to hail with standard, non-negotiable fares. 

Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Toronto is during the summer months (between May and September) when the weather is slightly warmer. There are also many interesting festivals and outdoor events during these months.

Cheap flights are available during the off-season winter months (November to February), however, travellers should be aware that temperatures rarely rise above 0°C in this time.
