The best time to visit Newcastle

Pleasant days and spring’s blooming flowers throughout the city create stunning backdrops as tourists to enjoy the outdoors. Summer months bring hot, wet days, but that doesn’t deter many visitors from partaking in the outdoor events across the city. Despite the cool autumn temperatures averaging 18°C (66°F) and scattered showers, the city is a buzz with festivals and crowds. The rains settle as winter approaches.
