The 380 bus has plenty of space for luggage, runs every 30 minutes, and gets you to the airport in about a half hour. To get to the T3/T4 precinct, catch bus route 40 from the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. This bus departs every 20 to 30 minutes and gets you to Perth Airport in slightly more than 30 minutes. Tickets for each bus route are $4.80AUD from the CBD to the airport.</p>

<p>If you would like to take a taxi or an Uber to the airport, you will arrive in less than 20 minutes from the CBD. The taxi fare from central Perth to the airport costs between $30 to $45AUD. If you are heading to the airport from Fremantle, a taxi will get you to the airport in approximately 30 minutes, with a fare between $50 to $70 AUD.</p>

<p>Kuala Lumpur has two international airports that receive flights to the city. Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL) is KL’s main airport and is the busiest airport in Malaysia. It’s located about 50 kilometres (31 miles) from the city centre, in the Sepang District. Subang Airport (SZB) was the city’s main airport until 1998, but doesn’t get as much traffic today. The airport is also called Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and receives many Malindo Air flights. It’s located about 23 kilometres (14.3 miles) west of the city centre.</p>

<h3>How to Get from Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL) to Your Kuala Lumpur Hotel or Accommodation </h3>

<p>For a budget-friendly transfer from Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL) to the city, you can catch the Express Coach. This bus drops passengers at KL Sentral station, which is within walking distance to many hotels. From there, you can also catch the monorail or LRT train to get exactly where you need to go. The bus costs 10 Malaysian ringgit ($3.45AUD) and gets you to the city in about an hour.</p>

<p>The KLIA Ekspres is the quickest way to get from Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL) to the city centre. The train arrives in less than a half hour and departs every 15 to 20 minutes. The train takes passengers to KL Sentral, which is a station right in the heart of the city. Tickets cost 55 ringgit ($18.85AUD), and the train offers free WiFi.</p>

<p>To catch a taxi into the city, head to level 1 or 3 outside Arrivals. Taxis in Kuala Lumpur use meters to calculate fare. A ride to the city centre takes around 45 minutes and costs about 75 to 80 ringgit ($25.70 to $27.45AUD).</p>

<p>The Temples of KL</p>

Just outside the city centre is Theon Hou Temple, which is accessible by bus or taxi.</p>

<p>Batu Caves</p>
<p>One of the top tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur is a short train ride from the city. The Batu Caves are north of KL and are dedicated to Lord Murugan, the Hindu god of war. Inside the caves, you’ll find a shrine dedicated to him. The caves are carved into a limestone hill, and 272 steep steps will take you into the caves to see the shrine.</p>
