Avoid Sydney's notorious traffic jams and take the T8 Airport Line train to the airport. It runs every day from 5am to midnight and departs the CBD every 10 minutes. The cheapest way to get to Sydney International Airport is with a local bus. Take route 400, and you'll get dropped off at the departure terminals for only $5.60 AUD per person. Alternatively, if you have large bags and limited time, you can take an Uber or a metered taxi to the airport. A single trip costs on average $45 to $55 AUD and takes 20 minutes.

How to Get from Barcelona–El Prat Airport to Your Barcelona Hotel or Accommodation

Barcelona-El Prat Airport is located 12 km from Barcelona's city centre. Aerobuses are a fast shuttle service that run every five to 10 minutes from Terminal 1 and 2. A one-way trip costs 5.90 EUR and the journey takes 35 minutes. Another convenient and fast way to get into the city is with the high-speed trains. A single train ticket costs 4.20 EUR, and it takes about 25 minutes. There is also a metro station at the airport. L9 Sud departs from the airport every seven minutes from 5am to 2am and tickets cost 4.60 EUR (7.21 AUD) per person. The cheapest way to get from the airport into the CBD is with the local bus. Route number 46 leaves from T1 and T2 every 30 minutes and tickets cost 2.20 EUR (3.45 AUD). Metered taxis are available at the airport outside the arrivals terminal. Trips into the CBD take around 30 minutes and cost 30 EUR (47.03 AUD).
