A minimum of 7,500 points (equivalent to $50) must be redeemed at any one time. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the 'pay' component of your reward will be automatically billed to your David Jones American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption. Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks. This is beyond the control of Webjet.
