Taxis at Kingsford Smith Airport

Taxis are available outside each of the Terminals at Sydney Airport. There are supervisors on hand to keep waiting time to a minimum and to help arrange any special requirements, such as baby capsules, wheelchair access, excess luggage transport and group transfers. An average taxi fare from Sydney Airport into the city costs A$35.00, plus a A$2.50 airport surcharge and any toll fees.

Buses at Sydney Airport

There are a range of bus and shuttle bus services available from Sydney Airport. Most of them are related to hotels and most shuttle bus services need to be pre-booked.

When making a hotel reservation, it's worth checking to see whether a complimentary pick up and drop off service is available.

Sydney Buses operate a public bus service, Route 400, that includes T1 International and T3 Domestic Terminals in the route between Bondi Junction and Burwood.
