LATAM Airlines recently introduced luxurious new Premium Business Class cabins on all long haul international services, and a range of flights on key routes within South America. On the wide-bodied Airbus A340-300s, which serves the Australia / New Zealand markets, Premium Business replaces the previous First and Business Class cabins with a larger, more spacious forward zone. LATAM's new Premium Business Class from Australia and New Zealand offers 42 sleeper seats, each 25 inches wide and with 180 degree full flat recline. The cabin layout is 2 x 2 x 2, and passengers have a generous 74 inches of personal legroom - a 32 per cent increase over the original Business Class. Each Premium Business Class passenger has a large personal video screen and access to a wide range of programmes through LATAM's new Video On Demand system, operated either by touch screen or remote control navigation.
Economy Class
LATAM's new long haul Economy Class features ergonomically designed seats with an average seat pitch of 32 inches, providing comfort and space for each passenger. Enjoy delicious meals prepared by the finest chefs, and regular refreshments on long haul flights. Every passenger on LATAM 's flights from Australia and New Zealand has a personal in-seat video screen and access to the airline's extensive new Video On Demand system.
In-flight Entertainment
LATAM Airlines has culminated the incorporation of the last generation system of entertainment on-board their renewed long haul fleet of Boeing 767 and Airbus 340. From 2009 LATAM Airlines have increased their entertainment content so that passengers may enjoy 44 films and 95 channels of series and documentaries. The LATAM Airlines music library keeps its collection of 550 CDs so passengers can programme their own theme lists, or if they prefer, enjoy one of the 10 radio channels available in the cabins.
