Kenya Airways is the national airline carrier of Kenya and was formed in 1977 and is based  in Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. Kenya Airways is ranked fourth in the top ten Sub-Saharan flight operators and is part of the global airline alliance SkyTeam. In-flight entertainment

Kenya Airways offers different in-flight entertiainment based on the travel class and type of aircraft. Flights on the Boeing 777-300ER offer personal televisions in economy and business class with 11 TV channels playing a variety of movies and TV shows, while the new aircraft Embraer 190 is fitted out with individual in-seat touchscreens.

The airline also distributes its in-flight magazine Msafiri on all flights.
