Instagram #myworldmyway photos

By submitting a photo or video on Instagram and including the hashtag #myworldmyway or tagging Webjet, users grant Webjet ABN 84 063 430 848 and its related bodies ("Webjet Limited") an unlimited, perpetual, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and fully sub-licensable licence to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and reproduce the photo or video in any of Webjet's social media platforms, pages, blogs or websites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Users who submit a photo or video which includes any individuals other than themselves warrant and represent that such individuals have given their consent to the photo or video being provided to Webjet for the above purpose. 

Webjet will request users' permission before using their photo or video in any Webjet marketing or promotional material.

Privacy: users acknowledge and agree that any personal information provided to Webjet will be handled in accordance with Webjet's privacy policy (available at www.webjet.com.au/about/privacy/). In particular, users consent Webjet using names, images and other relevant information provided by users for marketing and promotional purposes and to contact users in connection with such use
