Can I order a physical gift card online at Webjet?
Yes, you can order a physical Webjet Gift Card through our Corporate Partner Portal powered by Blackhawk Network. Webjet Gift Cards are not available to order directly from webjet.com.au.
You can visit any of our participating online or in-store retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Australia Post, Kmart, Prezzee and more. Please note, not all retailers may stock Webjet's full range available. Refer to your preferred store for details.
What can I use a Webjet Gift Card for?
A Webjet Gift Card can be redeemed for eligible bookings containing flights, select hotels, holiday packages, and travel insurance booked as part of an eligible booking.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on Webjet bookings containing hotels, where payment is made at the hotel or listed as ‘Pay Later’ on site, ‘Things to Do’ bookings, car hire; and travel insurance purchased as a stand-alone product at insurance.webjet.com.au. Full T&Cs apply ^.
To redeem a Webjet Gift Card, simply enter the 12 character alphanumeric code on the payment page.
If the amount of your booking exceeds the value of your Webjet Gift Card you can pay the difference with your credit or debit card, PayPal, or another Webjet Gift Card.
What is the validity of Webjet Gift Cards?
Webjet Gift Cards (physical and digital) have a validity of (3) three years from the date of issue or purchase.
How can I pay for a Webjet eGift Card?
To buy a Webjet eGift Card, you can use credit, debit, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4 and Afterpay. Webjet payment fees and payment provider T&Cs apply. Refer to selected payment provider for full details.
To buy a physical Webjet Gift Card, please refer to your preferred retailer for available payment options.
When can I use my Gift Card after purchase?
- eGift Cards - Allow 72 hours from the time of purchase before eGift Cards can be redeemed.
- Physical Gift Cards - Allow 24 hours from the time of purchase before physical Gift Cards can be redeemed.
Why is there an activation period on Webjet Gift Cards?
For security reasons, a maximum 24 hour activation period applies to Webjet Gift Cards purchased in-store, and a maximum 72 hour period applies to Webjet eGift Cards purchased online. The fixed delay allows a fraud security check to take place, and is unable to be changed.
Please allow for the activation period if buying a Webjet Gift Card prior to booking at webjet.com.au.
My eGift Card has been delayed for manual processing. Who can I contact?
If you purchased the Webjet eGift Card at webjet.com.au, and received a notification about an issuing delay, please allow for 48 hours to receive an update or the Webjet eGift Card in your inbox. If you believe an error has been made, please email us at [email protected].
If you purchased the Webjet eGift Card through a third-party website or in-store, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
Where can I check my Webjet Gift Card balance and expiry date?
You can check your gift card’s remaining balance and expiry date at any time by visiting the Webjet Gift Card Balance Portal.
Can I use my Webjet Gift Card on the webjet.co.nz website?
No, the Gift Card (physical & digital) must be redeemed in the country where the Gift Card was purchased.
