You may be required to check-in and/or download an e-ticket before boarding a train, bus or ferry. Read on to discover what's required before you depart.
If your itinerary includes a train:

- If your train is booked with one of the below providers, visit AccessRail to check-in and/or download your e-ticket.
- To login, you will need to have passenger name and e-ticket number on hand.

If your itinerary includes a ferry:
- If you are flying in/out of Hong Kong International Airport, visit Cathay Pacific's website for more information.

Missed your British Airways flight? If your train is delayed to such an extent that you miss your flight, you should contact a British Airways Ticket Desk in your departure terminal at London Heathrow.

Train check-in & accessing your e-ticket
You may be required to check-in and/or download an e-ticket before boarding your train. To find out what's required, we recommend that you visit the website of the airline you are travelling with.
Your Qatar Airways ticket includes a Train
- All passengers need to check-in via the website at check-in.accesrail.com as from 72 hours before train departure (Consumer check-in) to receive a valid train ticket for this part of their journey.
- Passengers need to make sure they keep their international ticket with them, the barcode on the ticket opens the gate on the platform to leave the station.
- Passengers should take into account that they may be subject to stricter security checks imposed by the Belgian government and are advised to go to the platform well in time.
