How to create a trip using planitonearth

planitonearth is Webjet's free online trip planning tool that saves your Webjet booking or Webjet travel search results to its unique 'Trip Planner', with a click of your mouse. Booked your hotel or tour elsewhere? Not a problem, planitonearth lets you add all travel items regardless of where it is booked.

You can then see your tripplotted on Google Maps™, invite friends and family to view your trip online, manage your trip budget and add other travel items and activities such as tours, train travel and dining.

Getting Started

There are two ways to create a trip in planitonearth:

1. From Webjet: Search flights and save your itinerary (booked or unbooked), login and start planning; or

2. From planitonearth: Login, click the 'Add New Trip' tab and start planningtip

Tip: When logging into planitonearth, use the same email and password as your Webjet account.

How to build your itinerary

Add trip items manually:
• Adding trip items manually means you already have your booking details and want to insert this item into your itinerary separately.

Add trip items via Webjet search:
• The other option is to add flights,hotels and rental cars to your itinerary by searching Webjet. This means you access Webjet’s live prices and availability, importing travel items directly into your planitonearth trip.

 

After saving your first travel item into planitonearth you’ll want to experiment with other flight options, hotel locations and activities to create a fantastic itinerary.  Add and delete trip items as you please, after all it’s a travel planning site and planning means getting it right for you.
