Rewards Terms & Conditions
Redeeming Points: A minimum of 7,500 points (equivalent to $75) must be redeemed at any one time. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the 'pay' component of your reward will be automatically billed to your American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption.
Qualifying Transactions: Membership Rewards points may be redeemed for:

Flights
-
Travel insurance (Must be booked in conjunction with a flight)

Booking fees, taxes and surcharges

Accommodation
Transactions Excluded:Membership Rewards points cannot be redeemed for the following:

Car hire

Travel insurance purchased without flights or hotels

Available to Australian enrollees who reside in Australia only. American Express Corporate and Business Card members enrolled in Membership Rewards Spirit are not eligible to redeem points with Webjet. Refunds:Your request for a refund of an airfare booked on the Webjet website is governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare you purchased and are as determined by the airlines. Many fares are non-refundable. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply.
Your request for a refund of a hotel booking made on the Webjet website is governed by the terms and conditions of that hotel. Cancellation fees may apply.
Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks. This is beyond the control of Webjet.When a refund is applicable the total booking price in dollars would be refunded to your credit card less any applicable charges.
Webjet shall only be liable to provide a refund to you to the extent that that it actually receives a refund from the relevant airline or other third party. Where refunds are due to you from third party suppliers of travel products or services, Webjet will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming such funds from those suppliers. In that situation, Webjet is authorised (but not obliged) to seek such refunds from the third party supplier of travel products or services directly and on its own behalf
If a booking is cancelled there will be no reversal of points, they are forfeited in full
