Service Centre Consultant - Melbourne on St.Kilda Road

Potential to earn well in excess of $50,000++

Webjet Australia's multi award winning online travel service has a vacancy for an experienced international travel consultant.

Note this is not a sales role. We do not take bookings by phone or email and we do not have a shop front.

This position specifically has two roles:

1. Firstly, to service the needs of our customers via phone/email/webchat on any queries/questions pertaining to any aspect of our website.

2. Secondly, to undertake fulfillment processing functions relating to changes to bookings, PNR queue handling, ticket issuance and despatch.

You must have:

+ Fares and Ticketing I & II

+ At least 2 years international consulting experience including booking airfares and physical ticketing. 

+ GDS trained with Galileo preference. Galileo Cross check an advantage. 

+ Excellent PC skills.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ The ability to cope with the demands of a high pressured environment which is subject to shifting priorities.

We operate various shifts, either rotating day and evening or permanent all night. You will be required to work 1 in 3 full weekends but will not work more than 5 consecutive days. Labour Day and Cup Day are normal working days and you will be required to be rostered on up to 3 other public holidays throughout the year.
