The Qantas Club - for Frequent Flyer Business Travellers

Qantas caters for its business class market with its tastefully appointed, convenient and professionally run lounges. There are Qantas Clubs in airport locations around Australia and the world and, while facilities may vary slightly, they typically include all the necessities for business class travelers, such as internet access, showers, bars, free local calls, television and quiet areas. Other benefits include priority check-in, priority luggage handling and increased luggage allowances.

The Qantas Club - Qantas Frequent Flyers Welcome!

Frequent Flyers can use their points to join The Qantas Club, or membership can be purchased from a range of options, including one year, two year or four year memberships. Platinum Frequent Flyers are able to access The Qantas Club in Australian domestic terminals at any time, regardless of whether they are flying that day.

Jetstar Passengers can also access the Qantas Club

When flying within Australia on either Qantas or Jetstar, members are welcome to use the Qantas Club or QantasLink lounge. Members who are flying with Jetstar without luggage can check in for their Jetstar flight in most Qantas lounges, although they must be aware of the strict check-in times for Jetstar or their flights will be forfeit. Members who are travelling with Jetstar will not be able to access partner, associated or oneworld airline lounges.

Qantas continues to invest significantly to differentiate itself from its competitors, continuing to build on its identity through customer service and innovative design. An ongoing product upgrade program has included not only refurbishments, but entirely new First and Business lounges. Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Qantas Club lounges now offer new work areas throughout the lounge, alongside enhanced catering and barista services.
