Jetstar flights reward early birds!
The airline implements a freestyle seating arrangement, with boarding preferences to reward the ‘early birds’. Check-in desks close 30 minutes prior to boarding to reduce delays and while onboard, food and drinks, including alcohol, can be purchased from the cabin crew during the flight.
More fuel efficiency on Jetstar
Jetstar will soon be introducing the new and more fuel efficient A321 aircraft, and is committed to working on other cost efficiencies to offset fuel rises. As Jetstar continues to grow, passengers will see further discounts resulting directly from the airline’s increasing economies of scale.
Jetsaver Lite fares: less luggage & more savings
Jetstar has also found a way to cut costs with Jetsaver Lite fares a clever ticketing concept whereby the airline lets passengers save on the cost of the flight in exchange for no checked baggage allowance. (and carry on baggage size restrictions are strictly applied). Passengers whose luggage exceeds the carry-on baggage allowance need to check in baggage at extra cost.
