Webjet Extends Relationship Agreement Of Managing Director

The board of Webjet Limited is very pleased to advise shareholders that we have successfully negotiated with Mr. David Clarke our Managing Director, the extension of his current relationship agreement with our company for the next three years.

Mr. Clarke was the originating founder of Webjet and brings to our company not only his 30 years of senior executive experience, but his visionary foresight in the way travel arrangements will be transacted by customers as we move forward into the future.

The successful completion of the discussions with Mr. Clarke completes our negotiations with the full executive team who have brought our company to its present position as the multi award winning and leading Australian company operating in our business field.

This team has worked well together for many years and we are delighted with their efforts to date. It is of great value to our company that we have secured the whole team engagement with us for the next few years.

The board wishes to records its thanks to Mr. Clarke and the whole executive group for their wonderful efforts to date.

Certain aspects of Mr. Clarke's arrangements are subject to shareholders approval at our next shareholders meeting. Full details of the financial aspects of his engagement will be noted in our Annual Report.
