Pricing Policy

All displays of pricing in this website are in accordance with ACCC guidelines.

Processing Fee:
All online bookings attract a non refundable processing fee which will be displayed during the booking process.

Seat Price Guarantee:
Airline price specials usually sell quickly. Webjet electronically accesses “real time” seat inventory but even that can change in the space of minutes. To ensure you get the best possible seat price when you have selected your flights, Webjet will electronically lock in and guarantee your chosen flight prices regardless of fluctuating airline flight prices, provided you complete your booking within 30 minutes. Webjet reserves the right to limit liability to $1,000 per booking in the event of third party errors by  airlines, their distribution partners or other airfare provisioning entities. Our “Seat Price Guarantee” attracts a non refundable fee per flight sector which will be displayed during the booking process and charged to your credit card by Webjet.

Credit Card Surcharges:
Airlines impose various surcharges as follows: Qantas: $6.60 per person per booking (domestic & trans tasman flights only) Virgin Blue: $3 per person per flight Jetstar: $3 per person per flight.  For REX fares, additional airline surcharges apply to payments made using Diners Club ( 1.65%) and American Express ( 2.2%) credit cards.

Hotels, Cars and Tours:
These are supplied at contract prices displayed in the site. Webjet may receive additional commissions from the sale of these products.
