May Sales Up Approx 450% On Last Year

Webjet today announced gross transaction values of $8.2 million for May.
This represents an increase of approximately 450% on May last year total of $1.8 million.
On a year to date basis, gross transaction values now total $67.3 million compared with $18.3 million last year, an increase of over 360%.
Market conditions remain satisfactory and the domestic market has been substantially stimulated by a series of airline sales following the April holiday period.
