David Clarke (Non Executive Chairman)
Held senior management positions with the Jetset travel group from 1977 to 1995. He is regarded as pioneering the introduction of wholesale packaging through distribution access in Australia and overseas, the development of an integrated franchise structure and one of the highest ranking travel brands in Australia in the 1990's. He has worked closely with most major airlines, including Qantas, British Airways, Ansett Australia, United Airlines and others over 25 years and is internationally recognised in the travel industry. -
John Guscic, Executive MBA, BEc (Managing Director)
John Guscic was appointed as Webjet Managing Director in February 2011, after serving on the Webjet board since 2003. John was previously managing director, Asia Pacific for GTA and formerly managing director, of the Travelport Business Group, Pacific region. Based in Tokyo, Japan, he was responsible for the Galileo and GTA brands in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and Indonesia. Previous to that, John was managing director, Galileo South Pacific and Flairview Travel, where he was instrumental in identifying and shaping opportunistic business ventures; forging strong and strategic relationships with customers and retaining and growing both the multinational and local customer base. Prior to Galileo, John founded his own company specialising in strategic consulting for internet start-ups. He also held the position of general manager with Psygnosis (a subsidiary of the Sony Corporation). He was general manager (Australia) of Rice Daubney Group, a leading architectural firm, later relocating to Indonesia for two years as president director (Indonesia). John has held roles with prominent blue-chip organisations such as Lend Lease Corporate Services and IBM Australia. -
Allan Nahum, FCA, FICD, AAISA, (Non Executive Director)
Chairman and founding partner, Allan Nahum, has been associated with some of Australia's leading travel businesses for over thirty years in various audit and consulting roles. Allan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has acted as chairman of many organisations and until his retirement in June 2004 was a senior partner in the Melbourne-based chartered accounting practice of HLB Mann Judd. -
Steven Scheuer, BBus (Acc) (Non Executive Director)
After spending a number of years in public accounting practice, he established his own manufacturing and importing business using strong and well known clothing brand labels throughout Australia and New Zealand. -
Christopher Newman BEc, BCom (Melb) (Non Executive Director)
Chris has had extensive experience over many years in investment analysis, stockbroking and mergers and acquisitions, and was instrumental in the initial public listing of Webjet. Chris is presently a director of ASX listed public company Gunns Limited. -
Don Clarke, LLB (Hons) (Non Executive Director)
Partner in the Law firm Minter Ellison Don has extensive commercial experience and has been associated with Webjet in his capacity as senior legal advisor to the company for some years. Don is presently a director of ASX Listed companies, Circadian Technologies Limited, and Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Limited. -
Richard Noon, Director Finance & Technology.
Richard has worked in most areas of the travel industry at senior executive levels, from hotels (Hilton and Sheraton), airlines, retail and tour wholesaling (Jetset Tours) to airfare consolidation (Concorde). He also worked for Citibank Australia as Vice President, Cash Management. Collectively, he has 30 years travel and 10 years internet marketing experience.

David Turner, Investor Relations Manager.
David has had a long association with Webjet and was involved in the initial listing of Webjet and subsequently worked with the company on a number of capital market advisory matters in our formative years. David brings extensive experience as a senior stockbroking analyst and corporate advisor with a number of firms including BBY, McIntosh and Capstan.
